I am an Assistant Professor in the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
My research focuses on Labor Economics, Personnel Economics, and Health Economics. What ties my research together is a focus on data-driven empirical analysis. One line of my work examines the factors shaping employee performance, while another explores individual decision-making under asymmetric information in insurance markets.
My CV can be found here.
